Cyclis is a leading player in bike leasing, with a complex digital ecosystem for employees, employers, self-employed people and dealers. Through design workshops I mapped the main pain points with stakeholders. That formed the basis for a complete redesign of the website and customer platform: from wireframes, information architecture and UX flows to UI design, illustration, motion design and responsive build.
